A key figure of the parthenopean scene at the end of the Seventies, when he founded the theatre company Falso Movimento, he then became the animator of the Teatri Uniti project. Afterwards he was the director of Morte di un matematico napoletano (1992, special prize at the Venice film festival), L'amore molesto (1995, took part in Cannes and received a David Donatello) and L'odore del sangue (2003), as well as the episode La salita in the collective work I vesuviani (1997).
